Kira Serebro Video Publisher is a creator-facing video workflow service. This policy describes data processed when a creator voluntarily connects a TikTok account and confirms a Direct Post submission.

Data processed

The service processes video files, filenames, captions, manually selected visibility and interaction options, commercial-content disclosures, post-status records, and OAuth authorization data required for TikTok. It also maintains technical logs required to diagnose failed uploads and protect the service.

How data is used

Data is used only to operate the creator-requested workflow: storing a selected video, presenting it for preview, sending it to the connected TikTok account only after explicit confirmation, recording the delivery status, and maintaining service security. The service does not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

After the creator confirms a Direct Post request, the selected file and chosen metadata are shared with TikTok through TikTok’s official Content Posting API. TikTok then processes that data under its own privacy policy and account settings.

Storage and security

Data is stored on a protected server with restricted access. OAuth authorization data is stored separately with restrictive file permissions. Video files are retained only for operational recovery and are removed according to the service retention process.

Control and deletion

The creator can stop using the connection, revoke TikTok authorization, cancel queued requests before transfer, or request removal of queued video data through the service administrator. Revoking authorization prevents future Direct Post requests but does not remove content that TikTok has already processed.

This policy may be updated when the workflow or a third-party platform changes. The current version is always available at this address.
