Kira Serebro Video Publisher is a creator-facing video workflow service. After a creator authorizes a TikTok connection, the service can prepare a Direct Post request only when the creator previews the selected video, chooses all required post settings, and expressly confirms the submission.

Permitted use

The service may be used only for original video content that the authorized creator has the right to upload and share. The creator remains responsible for the video, caption, music rights, commercial-content disclosures, audience settings, and each confirmed TikTok submission.

Third-party services

TikTok features are subject to TikTok’s own terms, community guidelines, technical availability, account rules, and application-audit requirements. Before each Direct Post request, the service presents the connected creator identity, content preview, editable caption, visibility and interaction options, commercial-content controls, and a consent statement. TikTok may delay, restrict, or reject a request.

Service availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Uploads can be delayed or refused by TikTok, the network, or technical safeguards. The creator should monitor the recorded post status and verify each publication in TikTok.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the workflow or a third-party platform changes. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
